Returns
How long will it take for my money to be refunded?
If the item meets the return conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account number within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.

How can I return my order?
Within 30 days after receiving your order, it is possible to return your order. Products must be returned in their original condition and provided with labels and tags.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there is reason to suspect that the items have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own.

What are the shipping costs?
To avoid unexpected costs, delivery within the Netherlands & Belgium is completely free!
How can I track my order?
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email, and a separate email with a order tracking code when the order has been shipped. Check your spam/junk mail if you can't find it. you can track your order on order tracking page.
When can I expect my order?
Netherlands: 4-9 working days
Belgium: 4-9 working days
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped from the warehouse the following day.
Please note: In case of high demand for the products, processing time may take longer.
The expected delivery time has passed, when can I expect my order?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process.

Some items from my order have not been delivered, how is that possible?
When ordering multiple products, your order may be delivered in separate shipments. If items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them within the next 2-3 business days.
If you still have not received the product after this period, please let us know. We will investigate this for you and ensure that you receive your entire order as soon as possible.
Discounts & Offers
I forgot to add my discount code. Can I still add it?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to offset or add a discount code to your order after it has been placed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If you have forgotten to add a promotional discount, you can still use the discount for any new orders as long as the promotion is running.
